Interchange Illawarra provide a choice of services for people with a disability and their parents/carers. To us, caring goes beyond physical wellbeing to include discovering new talents and abilities, new friendships, enriching life. We do this by offering you individual support for people at all life stages. Interchange offers flexible levels of support tailored to the needs of the individual, from a few hours a week to 24 hours a day.
